A warm welcome! We love renovating homes and have been helping Australians to achieve their home renovation goals for over 20 years. We have teamed up with Handypay with the aim to provide our clients with flexible and affordable payment options to enable our client to achieve their renovation goals sooner, and within a timeframe that suits. 

Terms

These terms and conditions (Terms) are provided by R & S Fonti Pty Ltd (ABN 87 090 673 608) trading as Balnei & Colina (we, our or us). 

How you consent to these Terms

You accept these Terms if you apply to finance your home renovation project (Renovation) through OurMoneyMarket Lending Pty Ltd (ABN 64 605 231 669) trading as Handypay (Handypay). These Terms are between you and us, together the Parties and each a Party. 

Financing your Renovation

You may apply to Handypay to finance your Renovation. You acknowledge and agree that any loan, payment plan or consumer finance solution (Handypay Product) for your Renovation is provided to you by Handypay and not by us. You must apply directly to Handypay for any Handypay Product. Your application and subsequent Handypay Product (should you be approved by Handypay) will be subject to separate terms and conditions between you and Handypay and fees, charges and interest will apply. We are not a party to those separate terms and conditions and we have no control or influence over your application or the outcome of your application to Handypay for a Handypay Product. We recommend you read and review any applicable terms and conditions and Product Disclosure Statements before applying for a Handypay Product. If you do not apply to finance your Renovation with Handypay (or your application is declined and you wish to proceed with the Renovation), payment for the Renovation must be made in accordance with your contract with us.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for any loss, damage or expense, howsoever arising, whether direct or indirect and/or whether present, unascertained, future or contingent (Liability) suffered by you or any third party, arising from or in connection with your use of our Site and/or the content of our Site including (without limitation), your use of any Handypay Product and/or the fact that the content is incorrect, incomplete or out-of-date. 

Termination

These Terms are effective until terminated by us, which we may do at any time and without notice to you.  In the event of termination, all restrictions imposed on you by these Terms and limitations of liability set out in these Terms will survive.

Severance

If a provision of these Terms is held to be void, invalid, illegal or unenforceable, that provision must be read down as narrowly as necessary to allow it to be valid or enforceable. If it is not possible to read down a provision (in whole or in part), that provision (or that part of that provision) is severed from these Terms without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remainder of that provision or the other provisions in these Terms. 

Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales. You irrevocably and unconditionally submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts operating in New South Wales and any courts entitled to hear appeals from those courts and waive any right to object to proceedings being brought in those courts.

If Handypay are unable to resolve your problem or complaint, please contact our Customer Relations team on the number above, or seek help from the Australian Financial Complaints Authority.
